*Psalm 139:14*
There is a lot I could tell you about myself so Ill try not to go overboard. I am your average American girl. I love going to the movies and having cookouts. I am the youngest, I have one brother and one sister (so I got away with a lot growing up). My dad is a pastor and my mom is a school teacher. My immediate family is my best friend. They probably no me in and out more than anyone else. I typically am not a fan of writing, i use to really hate it when I was on the world race so this wanting to put something down on paper is new to me. I love to sing and scrap-booking is my favorite hobby. I am not very active, sports have never been my thing. I like reading books that can influence my life–I don’t do the whole love novel thing. I am a crazy cat lady (well i only have one but cats are my favorite). I probably want kids more than a husband (you can call it the brokenness in my life, but I see it as me being happy with just me and wanting to love on kids that have had terrible homes)–In other words Id love to do foster care one day. I don’t really have a favorite book in the bible, i love it ALL!!! i believe that the old testament still carries a lot of truth and it relates ALL the time to the new testament! I SUPPORT ISRAEL!! I AM FOR HER!!! I love everything that has to do with the Jewish roots of Christianity!! I believe the word of God is living and active, just like He is! I have one Tattoo that says, “Beloved” for the verse I am my Beloved and He is Mine. Jesus is my love, my favorite most beautiful thing, and i am always in honor of the fact that He thinks the same for me!
I make a living helping people. I am a massage therapist and I work at RUBS in Tucson. A lot of my clientele have chronic pain and conditions that I work with them on. It is the best feeling in the world knowing that you helped eliminate a persons pain or even just give them full range of motion. I know that its God using my hands, without Him i could never help these people on my own strength/knowledge. I love what I do. So that’s me in a nutshell, I’m really just an ordinary girl with a heart for people. I don’t think you have to go on a missions trip to make a difference. Sometimes we forget the difference we can make in our own backyard. And sometimes our backyard is the one that needs the most help.
