Family and friends,
Hello there! I hope y’all are having a wonderful summer! As most of you know, I am very mission-orientated and passionate about ministering to the least of these. You also know I love to travel. This is not going to be a vacation, I am going to be challenged and strengthened through God. I have already been challenged with extending the trip. In short, I am pretty sure this was God’s plan all along. For me to go on the 11 month World Race September route 2.
I will be traveling to Ukraine, Romania, Nepal, India, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, Thailand, Cambodia, Asia, and Malaysia where I will live in each country for a month .I will be gone from September 2011-July 2012. I have a training camp from July 2nd through July 10th. The World Race is part of Adventures in Missions which is an interdenominational missions organization that focuses on discipleship. They emphasize prayer and relationships in their work amongst the poor.
Being gone for friends’ weddings, birthdays, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and other different activities for eleven months isn’t what I am going to have to trouble with. Most of you know I am not much of a home body and I love traveling especially if it is for missions. Traveling and mission opportunities cost money and sadly this one isn’t free.
This where I need you. I need you to pray that God will protect my team as we travel and build relationships with these people. To pray that I can raise the money to go. To pray for God to lead me, strengthen me, stretch me, and test me during all of this. I also need you if you feel led to, to support me financially. I need $14,800 for the trip minus travel insurance, gear, vaccinations, travel to launch city, travel from Atlanta, and personal money. $1500 is due on July 1st to be able to go to training camp.

3.A reoccurring donation- you choose the amount, beginning, and ending date by going the above address in #1.
*Note: When making a donation, AIM is charged fees by the credit card and transaction processing companies. To cover these costs, 5% is removed from donations made by credit or debit card or 3% by bank draft (electronic check) before being credited to the participant or project.
“Now the body is not made up of one part but of many.” ! Corinthians 12:14 I am just one part of the Christ’s body and cannot go on this trip by myself. By supporting me, you are a part of this body.
