Here’s a few pictures for you to have an idea of what our month looks like in Siem Reap, Cambodia. We have been working at ELI Preschool, teaching English every afternoon at a nearby village, and teaching English at the Drug Rehab Center. Lots of teaching, lots of biking, and lot of fun!
Enjoy!
We are staying at the YWAM base in Siem Reap. Not really roughing it much as far as housing goes this month!
We are working at ELI Preschool every morning teaching basic social skills and English to little ones. Dustin and Pate are taking a break and playing some catch!
Dustin is hard at work painting for the Preschool

We ride our bikes everywhere, around 5-10 km a day (in the crazy heat or pouring rain!). It’s great exercise for us and an amazing way to see the city.

We are also planting a garden of morning glories for the mothers in the village so they can earn income for their families. God has blessed us with rain a couple of days, so we are seeing some growth already. So .exciting!!

This is how some people get their babies from point A to point B!

This week we have been celebrating the Khmer New Year. We have played traditional Cambodian games (and some from America too!) and had a great time at all of our ministry sites. This is the Human Knot game at the drug rehab center.
Another tradition during the Khmer New Year is to splash water on people and throw powder on them. Minjea here got a little carried away!!
This is one of our precious babies out at the village. We go there every afternoon to teach English and play with these beautiful children! Now how can you not love that face?
Cambodia is an amazing place and we have truly enjoyed our time here. Thanks again for all the prayers back home. We love you guys!
