Hello Everyone!
For those of you that do not know yet, I have some extremely exciting news! I am currently in my last semester of my undergraduate program at Biola University and I graduate this December. It’s crazy to think that I am already graduating and I cannot believe all that the Lord has done in and through me these last three years! As I was reflecting on my next step after graduation I began to prayerfully consider what the Lord was calling me to. Before I started at Biola in the Fall of 2009 I realized that God was calling me to full time ministry and currently I am serving in an internship with the High School Ministry at Journey of Faith in Manhattan Beach. This has been a wonderful experience and I have come to love the students so much and I am very sad to say goodbye but as I was seeking answers on what to do after graduation I felt God telling me I needed to serve him out of my comfort zone, big time.
I recognized that as God was telling me I needed to get out of my comfort zone he specifically meant America. After this realization God lead me to a ministry called Adventures in Missions because of an intense mission trip they run called the World Race. The World Race is an eleven month long mission trip to eleven different countries across the globe that seeks to bring the love of Christ to the ends of the world through groups of individuals, like myself, seeking to grow in relationship with people and share the love of God. As many of you know, I am so excited for this opportunity because I love to be in community with people and I love babies! (The orphans are one of the things I am most excited about!) The team that I got accepted into will be traveling to the following countries; South Africa, Swaziland, Mozambique, Cambodia, Malaysia, India, Thailand, Nepal, Vietnam, Moldova, and Romania leaving in January of 2013!
I am so very excited for this opportunity that God is giving me but I also recognize that he not only wants to change me through this but as well those who are in relationship with me here at home. I know that I cannot do this alone and this is where you come in. I humbly ask you to consider partnering with me through a few different ways.
The first and most important way you can partner with me is through prayer. Prayer for the people I will reach, for God’s will to be done, lives to be changed, my team’s health and safety, and one of the biggest ones is that God would provide financially. The next way you could partner with me is financially. I understand that this is a tough economic season on many of us and I only ask that you would prayerfully consider supporting me in this way. I need to raise $15,500 in order to participate in the World Race, this goes towards airfare, travel, food, housing, etc. on the field. Your financial support can be given in several ways:

I am beyond excited to see what the Lord has for me in this next season and in this amazing journey across the globe. My prayer is that as you prayerfully consider partnering with me in this ministry the Lord would make his answer obvious and that I would be able to bless you with the amazing stories that God is doing throughout my team and my travels.
