My name is Drew Jansma, I am 18 years old and I live in Holland Michigan. I have two older sisters, Tyler and Lauren, and an older brother Trevor so I’m the baby of the fam. My parents are Jeff and Tracy and they are amazing. They have been supportive of me and all my siblings with all we do including when I told them I was going on this crazy adventure. We all grew up going to fellowship reformed church, which I have gone on two mission trips through, those experiences are a part of what made me realize that helping others and mission work is one of the things I am most passionate about.
I graduated this past May from West Ottawa High School where I played center on our varsity women’s lacrosse team, it was my fifth year playing lacrosse. I had a great experience in my years in high school getting to know so many people, I surrounded myself with some pretty great people that I know will be in my life for a very long time.
In October of this year I will be going on a crazy wonderful journey for 9 months doing what God has called me to do. I will be in Malawi, Thailand and Guatemala with a mission to love people as Christ did. Take part of this journey with me!!
