Hello everyone!!!!!!! I have amazing news!!! Where to begin?! It all started when a fellow squad mate blessed me by paying for my costs for a trip to Greece. She told me God put it on her heart to do this. It was hard to accept that amount of money for the trip, but I finally found humility and accepted it.
The best part is still coming.
Yesterday my squad leader Justin just found out that I was going to Greece also. He half jokingly, half seriously asked if I was going to let my fellow team mate baptize me in Greece. (I’ve been asked many times why I haven’t been baptized.) I gave him my normal answer of,” If I feel called to it.” So that night I prayed about being baptized. Then today I prayed about it again. Then in the sermon today they motioned baptism. I prayed,” Lord, if someone mentions baptism again today, I will get baptized.” So the day went on and I forgot about it.
Then as my team were just about to eat, I was playing a ukulele, my teammate was rapping and people were laughing. But in his rap, he mention being baptized!!!! I put down the ukulele and told him I need to talk to him outside!!! I explained what was praying about and what I thought today. Praise God!!!
If it wasn’t for being blessed with the means to go to Greece, this wouldn’t being happening now! The Holy Spirit is working so much in all of us!! You can check out another blog by my teammate about just a week and a half ago I accepted God 100% in my heart!! His blog is:
