Merry Christmas everyone!!! Here’s a video from Israel that we threw together of each team singing a different verse of Jingle Bells! A few of my teammates and I wrote the lyrics to make it a World Race version! You can now have a bit of an idea of what its like to be a racer. I hope you enjoy it! Cause we sure did!

Here are the lyrics:

Sprinting through the airport, with a big pack on my back

Crap I’m gonna miss my plane and there’s no turning back

Riding on the train, not sure where I’m getting off.
Better take my vitamins ’cause my teammate’s got a cough.

Jingle packs, jingle packs. We’re going ’round the world.
Don’t know where we’ll sleep tonight. We’re homeless boys and girls.

What country am I in? What’s the currency?
I wish I knew what language was being screamed at me.

We’ve traveled a whole lot, from Turkey to Arad.                                                         (Side note: Arad is in Israel)
From Uganda who knows where we’ll go! We’ll leave that up to God.

Jingle packs, jingle packs. We’re going ’round the world.
Don’t know where we’ll sleep tonight. We’re homeless boys and girls.

My team’s messing with my head. My journal’s my best friend.
I use alot of capital letters and underline in red!

We’re on a techno ban, no iPods or PCs
But luckily we got to go and pet this camel, see?

We left our comfy homes and families to go abroad,

so though we miss you dearly Merry Christmas from K-Squad!!!
