Racers, staff, alumni and coaches are here. We’ve had some amazing and
powerful worship times and sessions and its been incredible. God is really working
in my heart and reworking my identity. Its been really powerful.
We recently found out that our contacts in Egypt and Jordan have fallen
through. The crazy part is that I’m not even upset! I mean, I’m a
little disappointed cause I’ve wanted to go there, especially Egypt
ever since I was in junior high, but the thing is, I trust God. He
knows whats best for my team and for me. I know that he has ordained every
single step of this journey and I’ll follow him wherever he leads! I
actually got so excited when I found out! No Egypt and Jordan means new
places, new people, new ministries and new adventures!
In November we
will be going to Istanbul, Turkey. But the best part is that we didn’t
know at all where we were going for the month of October. We prayed
about it for a week and a half or so, maybe two weeks. Our departure
date is this coming Saturday and as of Wednesday we still had no clue
where to go. We were getting some clues in dreams and listening prayer
but were waiting for the parameters from AIM to come. Well, they have
come!
We found out last night around midnight and had to have an answer in by 7:30am. Not alot of time!
We
found out from the staff that our options were Hungary, Croatia or
Serbia. We had less than 8 hours to pray about it and decide. So we
prayed about it, didn’t talk to anyone so as to not influence each
other but really hear from the Lord, then we had a meeting early in the
morning to discuss it. All of
us except for one person got the same thing! It was sweet how unified
we were!

So what are we doing in Croatia? We have no idea. But we’re working with team Petra
pioneering for AIM and trying to find new contacts and ministries. Its
going to be seeking God, listening everyday and being obedient. Its
going to be radical and intense and I can’t wait. I can’t WAIT! Seeking
God everyday for everything, needing him for everything… Oh, SO good!
I’m so excited!!!!!
I’ll update more as more info comes. In other news, the Conference
has been amazing and God is really working in my heart so much. Wow its
blowing my mind! I’ve been freed from a lot of fears and rejection and
I’m not going back. I’ll be bold, confident and bring Kingdom! That’s
who I am and what I’m going to do! I hope to write a blog about it sometime soon.
