So I realized that I never posted this, though it has been in my head for over a month! THANK YOU to everyone who has been able to donate money to my trip! I was able to make my APril deadline!!
Currently I have $10, 415 im my account and as long as my monthly supporters continue to give thru November I can count an additional $420; bringing me up to $10, 835 !! Woohoo! I can hardly believe how fast the time is flying which also means that my next financial deadline is also approaching. By July 1st I need to have raised the rest of my money: $3,465.
Thank you all for everything you have done to support me: read my blogs, prayed, encouragement, e-mails, money, and anything else it has meant the world to me. I know that God is not finished showing me more about Himself and teaching me more about the world.
I know that many of you have received e-mails or facebook invitations already but for those who have not heard my mom is hosting a fundraiser with Tastefully Simple. For those in the area it will be held at my parents house on Wednesday the 27th at 6:30pm – we live in Warrenville. If you have questions about the address or anything you can e-mail me or my mom (Sue) at [email protected] IF you are not in the area, OR in the area but unable to attend, you have the option of browsing online. They will take the order, credit the praty, and ship to your house. Tastefully simple has amazing recipe mixes and drink mixes and spices!! Check out their website at tastefullysimple.com; when you go to check out make sure it says that Sue Bavone is the hostest. You might even be able to go straight to this website http://www.tastefullysimple.com/Secure/pomm/ClientPartyAssociation.aspx to have her be the host and search the catalogue as well!! Of course there are still t-shirts left to sell 🙂
