Let me first say WOW. Can you sing "Ain't no party like the Holy Ghost party 'cause the Holy Ghost party don't stop?".
These past three days have been a rollercoaster of emotions and spiritual growth that I am unable to measure. I had the blessing of being able to attend a pastoral leadership conference called Dream Conference. In a nut shell it is three jam packed days of worship, workshops, and deep messages from guest pastors. This conference is unlike any Christian event I have ever attended. From nine in the morning till nine at night you are fully immersed among numerous (4000+) Christians leaders from all over the world into a place of absolute intense faith building. From guest speakers to incredible worship and very informative workshops I couldn't have been more blessed. (Shout out to BTCC for providing this to me!)
Now when I say weekend revival I mean there was an undeniable movement of The Lord at this conference. Myself personally experienced such a super charging of my spirit that I couldn't control it. I was even blessed with the spiritual gift of tongues! I mean I have had my doubts but let me tell you, when the Holy Spirit shows up….He likes to SHOW OFF! From the intense learning sermons to the empowering workshops you were promised to leave a changed individual and let me tell you if you put your heart out there these past 3 days you definitely left changed for the betterment of your faith.
I can not begin to explain the level of passion and the amount of heart that was given to The Lord at this conference. I can say that everything I witnessed, experienced, or heard about will resonate within me for great lengths to come. This "spiritual high" will definitely stick with me for ages. To experience such incredible alter calls or the extreme generosity was remarkable. The amount of compassion exuberated from the numerous ministries parading around encouraging, supporting, and elevating was awe inspiring. And who could forget the level of intensity felt when the worship team stepped on stage and simply opened the skies to let heaven shine down…..Yeah….It was that intense. Nothing was more incredible than to hear all the testimonies and the real life workings of God in people's suffering and growth through brokenness.
God was surely evident throughout the entire three days. For me personally the strongest emotions and pressings of the Holy Spirit were during my walk up a prayer mountain where I remained seated on a rock for 2 hours giving God what is His; my full and undivided attention. You hear of stories where people have such strong breakthroughs in their faith and I am here to tell you this conference was not only a breakthrough but it shattered any doubt in this season of my walk. I was prayed over, blessed, gifted, anointed, affirmed, and reassured that The Lord my Holy Daddy is fully aware of His doing in my life and He knows exactly what is in store for me for future seasons to come.
I am here to say that my name is David Weide and I have been revived, re-energized, reawakened and really really spiritually matured for the betterment of God's will for MY LIFE and I am professing at the highest that its FEELS SO GOOD!
