It’s amazing what GOD will do for you when you ask.
I got off work last week and I was driving home and my phone started going crazy. I picked it up and looked at a picture of a check that was written to me from my angel (as I call her) for 5000 dollars. She’s the same lady that gave me 1000 dollars before. I met her along my travels.
Let me tell you a little something about this lady. She doesn’t own a car. She rides the bus every where she goes. She wears her shoes until they are holy.. literally. She gives herself completely to every patient and keeps absolutely nothing for herself. She gives selflessly in every way and instead of spending money on a car, a new pair of shoes, or virtually anything else for herself.. She has chosen to give me 6000 dollars to live out my calling and travel the world for Jesus. Of course GOD is the hero in this story… but so is SHE. To give everything you have to someone you knew for 3 months because you “believe in her”.. It has and will forever bring tears to my eyes. I hope that after this journey i’m about to travel, I can be half the woman she is. Beautiful in every way.
ON top of all of that… I made a Facebook group on 11-11 to invite people to donate 11 dollars to my fund. I checked today and with some I still believe to be rolling in.. I’m at about 500 dollars of donations for that day. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!!! I’ll be sending out personal thank you’s to all my donors ASAP. But it seriously melts my heart to read the names of people that I haven’t talked to in forever, or maybe never donating to me. I am forever in awe and thankful for God’s goodness to me through all of you. I will never be able to thank you enough.. But again, THANK YOU.
I’m about 200 dollars from meeting my 3rd deadline of 11,000 dollars!
