Do you ever stop to think about the answer to this question…Who is God? As Christians we may have a lot of words pop in to our mind, but do really take the time to ponder and wonder what the implications of our definitions are and whether they really line up with who God says He is?
I found myself struggling these week with this question as I also wrestled with who am I. It seems to be a question that comes up a lot in my life. I honestly believe that I can not answer the latter without the former. I wrote in my journal to God specifically that question, “who are you?” God did not wait long to began to answer that question. If the most important commandment is to Love God, then answering Who is God is essential to the Christian life. It is my prayer to better know who God really is and to fall in love with Him more and more.
