I just want to introduce you to Lindsay (even though a lot of you know her already)! Lindsay is a young woman, who is now living in California, but is from Groves, TX. I spent years watching Lindsay and her brother, Joey , grow up throughout my years at First Baptist Church Groves. All of a sudden, when I went away to college – they grew up…really grew up!
She is leaving in about a week to spend a month in Swaziland, Africa. This was where I had my very first international mission trip and I know how much it changed my life. I am thrilled that Linday gets to spend time in this country and I know that God is going to show her BIG things and break her heart in a way that she has never known…for a people that she will love deeper than she thought was possible.
I am just asking for your prayers for her as she embarks on this trip – and wanted to give you her

* I am sitting in my hotel room in South Africa — I will fly out tomorrow morning for Vilanculos, Mozambique where I will be re-united with my team. When I have a moment to process through everything — I will tell you all about my week at home. I can say that it was certainly filled with lots of tears and lots of laughs!
