What happens [if] a child grows up not knowing
how much they were loved…
[if] they were emotionally abused growing up…
[if] that child believed the lies that they were told…
And [if] their parents didn't know nobody knew it…
And [if] that child could hide their struggles so well…
for years
that [if]

didn't.
change,
the family would be
down one member…
because
one child thought
they would be better off
if they were never born—
a non-existant
zero.
And [if] there were a way to healing…
…[if] that way, was
The Way,
The Truth,
The Life.
And what [if] that child found a way,
and learned The Way is Jesus.
And [if] that child, through Christ alone,
found out
that being one…
was not a mistake after all…
that being one
is better than a
non-existant zero.
Because Jesus
left the ninety-nine
to find the lost one,
and not a zero.
And what [if] that child grew up…
and their "what [if]s" were more than just "what [if]s"
but realities…
*[if] only I were loved.
Reality.
*[if] only I knew I was valued.
Reality.
*[if] only my past brokeness could be redeemed.
Reality.
*[if] only there were a God.
Reality.
*[if] only I could know Him, and He could know me.
Reality.
*[if] only I were created for a purpose,
greater than I could imagine.
Reality.
*[if] only I were equipped to take
the Gospel to the nations
Reality.

[if] only I could change the world.
