I know it’s been a couple months since my last blog, and a lot has happened since then… I’ve been back in the States for over six months already, the squad I was squad leading is now back home as well, and I’m now transitioning into another adventure in January!

In the beginning of the New Year, I will be off to Greece for five weeks joining a relief team with Adventures in Missions working with a refugee transition site through Samaritan’s Purse and EURO Relief. My team and I may be doing work involving organizing and distributing supplies, offering crowd control, cleaning up the site, and just generally being a light and smile to people going through a difficult life transition.

I am so excited for this opportunity and have wanted to jump into relief work, and felt like this was a great time to do so!

The total cost of the trip is $1638, which includes overseas medical insurance and all food and lodging expenses during the five weeks.  What this cost doesn’t include is my airfare to and from Greece.  I’m only in need of $1063 for the trip, and the financial deadline is quickly approaching on December 15th! I’d also love to have people specifically praying for my team I have yet to meet, the thousands of refugees we will encounter over the weeks, and safe travels to and from Greece. I also plan on keeping up with writing blogs and/or updates while over there, and would love to have you follow along.

A huge thanks to my past supporters over the years through my many trips and adventures, I seriously couldn’t have done it without you and I am so very very blessed by all of you!
