“Sing to the Lord, for He has done glorious things; let this be known to all the world. Shout aloud and sing for joy, people of Zion, for gret is the Holy One of Israel among you.”

As the bond fire behind our host house smoked up into the air, so did loud songs of praise. Three seperate world race teams all singing as one. Glory, Glory, Glory to the Lord God almighty, who was and who is and who is to come! I bowed my head and admired This Lord most Holy. As I bowed my head I pictured something grand. I did not picture three seperate world race teams with three seperate ministries working in our village. I pictured one. We were walking the streets of Viile Teecii, all 80 of us that are placed here, and we were one. We were singing and praising God hand in hand as we passed each individual house of our beautiful small town. As we passed by each home, evil things and evil thoughts were being strangled out of the homes we passed and evaporated into thin air.
That night our squad leader prayed a simple prayer “Jesus, help them have visions and dreams amen.”
The next morning in a village church only filled with world racers, the Pastor suggested that if the people of the village were not going to come to church, that church would be brought to the people. So there we were; marching out hand in hand singing praises to our magnificent God.The vision I had the night before, had become a reality! All three squads that are stationed in Viile teecii, marched hand in hand across the entire village praising God! We invited the people to church as we passed by and by six oclock that night, the same empty church from earlier that morning, was filled to the brim! We were sitting on the floor!….And God was performing miracles.

So you may be asking yourself how I ended up in Romania, when the last you heard from me was that I would be in Maldova. Well here’s the story. We were scheduled to leave Ireland heading for Maldova at 7:30am on Tuesday morning, however, at 12:30 am Tuesday morning we heard that was no longer the plan. Instead of Maldova we would be going to Romania. I headed on a bus then a plan then another long bus and found myself in a beautiful home surrounded by the beautiful mountains of Romania!
My team and the Joholo team are staying with a gypsy romanian family. They are al learning english and we have all come to love each other dearly. Our ministry has been anything from sitting with families, to cleaning caprets, to chopping wood. It’s very relaxed and wonderful! Our host family mama cooks our food and I took my first shower in a fish raising pond! (We do have running water though:-)
We are working in a Gypsy village with precious people who have tried to be forgotten by their country. We have met up with the January world race squad as well as one of the other August world race squads. There are almost more World racers then there are people in the village! I believe God is going to do mighty amazing things in this village and I eagerly await to tell you all about them!
