Well this is my first time away
from home for more then 2 weeks and I can’t wait to see what God has in store
for me. The flight was long but
kind of fun and easier than I thought it would be. I cant wait for God to change every piece of me. The
Philippines are hot and humid and yet Im somehow enjoying it. This first week,
has already begun to press me and stretch me. I cant wait to see how I will end
up after the next 11 months. God is so good.
The teaching has been great. Gary
Black has made me start asking so many questions and do so much more searching.
Housing here in the Philippines is
wonderful. Our host family is so gracious and the kids are a lot of fun. Our
cook staff is great, our food has been wonderful and filling me up every time.
Which is no easy task.
We will leave for Mindinao on
Saturday, so you wont be hearing from me for awhile.
