Sorry for not posting a blog sooner. I have been without the internet since I left for New York over a week ago. Here is a quick update on what has happened since I left with more to follow soon.
New York was awesome! I had a great time with my World Race family celebrating the New Year. Throughout the night we kept running into more WR people in random places. Our group started the night with 5 people then jump to 11 and ended with 15 without anything planned. It was crazy but a great way to share the New Year.

So I left for India out of JFK on the 1st and got to India on the 3rd. We lost a whole day in flight with the time changes. That is a very weird feeling to lose a day while on a plane. Our flight was amazing. Tons of free movies that were worth watching and all the ice cream you could eat (the good stuff too). I couldn’t fall asleep on the plane but that was okay since there was so much to do on it.

We got into India around 3:30am local time. They are eleven and a half hours ahead of us back home. We flew into Hyderabad where we are launching from. It is a major city and just packed with people. It didn’t seem real the first few day that I was not going home anytime soon. Yesterday we got to go out for Adventure Day. Which means going into the city to find something cool and get a taste of the local culture with your Team and trying to find your way back to the place you are staying. We had a great time and it was a great adventure. That will be shared in another blog soon. Tomorrow we travel by overnight bus to a new location where we will begin our partnership with local missions group.
