five craggy peaks, just south of da nang, are each named to represent a natural element – water, wood, fire, metal/gold, and earth. we spent an afternoon exploring the pagodas, sculptures, cave, and beauty of marble mountain!

my return to hoi an, one of vietnam’s ancient towns, with the unsoundables team was colorful, vibrant, stunning, and sparking.

SCM 2.15: SCM work in vietnam

serving as a squad content manager provides me with the opportunity to serve alongside of teams from the world race, track and report progress in their storytelling, and present them with resources and encouragement to tell the GOOD NEWS to the world.
this month, my essies hit their projected weekly goal on more than one occasion and were celebrated and continued to be encouraged through a squad-wide session hosted by team content managers, courtney and matthew, at the leadership development weekend conference.
*this episode is dedicated to rick, one of my GODmother’s dear friends. i have gotten to know rick from visiting my aunt elsa in california and *attempting* to ballroom dance with their friend circle. rick’s investment and care, along with his generosity and support means so much to me and has been a blessing from the LORD.
SCM 2.16: mini adventures at LDW in ho chi minh

leadership development weekend/workshops [LDW] serves as a internal squad conference opportunity where racers showcase and share their spiritual gifts with one another to continue to build up the church and one in another in becoming more like CHRiST. through sessions and speakers, the squad is encouraged and empowered. s squad met over several days in ho chi minh city for rest, reunion, and receiving lessons and testimonies from one another!

SCM 2.17: worship and workshops at LDW

leadership development weekend [LDW] is hosted by a squad, for a squad to spend time together in worship and in workshops. s squad met over several days in ho chi minh city, veitnam for the experience. it’s an opportunity for racers to share their own spiritual gifts and testimonies to pour into one another and further unify and develop the global church as they continue in their journey together. this episode provides a glimpse into the presentations and praises that flood across this program.
*this episode is dedicated to my fusion squad sis, alysse. the LORD has gifted alysse with a spirit that is wild and whimsical, a heart so deeply compassionate and generous. I learned so much for journeying with alysse during our time on the world race and have myself witnessed the impact and impression she leaves in the name of JESUS. to receive her prayers, support, and funding to continue in this role has been an incredible blessing. thank you, alysse, for the joy and laughter and radical heart for CHRiST that you share with the world, with me.
