Every week we’ve gone into the ghetto where the gypsies kids live and just play with them and love on them. And then have a day each week we bring them to the church and do a program with them.
As I stood there one day watching these children literally beat each other up, I had to hold back my tears thinking gosh what type of abuse are they actually enduring, knowing that some of them are probably sold in sex trafficking. It’s hard to not get caught up in the emotion of it thinking what are their lives like abuse, sexual perversion, addicted parents as well as maybe some of them. You think…this could be the next generation of murders and rapists if God doesn’t intervene.
Finally you snap out of the negativity that the enemy would like to magnify and Holy Spirit provokes faith in you. Faith, oh faith I so thank God for being taught faith!!!!! Being trained to use faith!!! And how to intercede and to use our authority in Christ to thwart the plans of the enemy!!!
I know this is foreign in so many denominations and churches, but gosh it’s so real and I have watched things manifest after speaking and praying things out, and we must look at the early church in the Book of Acts, that is our example!! They fervently gave themselves to prayer and the cause of Christ. They cast out demons, laid hands on the sick, and raised the dead, but it was prayer that always preceded the signs, wonders, and miracles. The glory of God was so strong on Peter’s life that people would get in shadows distance of him and get healed! This is the hope, the confident expectation we have, that we are so one with Him that His glory is released everywhere we go.
I’m not ashamed to boast of this One who gave His life for me, endured what He endured to make me a new creation and paid that high of a price to live through me!! I believe that every child I touched, hugged, prayed over God is able to keep them. Our responsibility as a Christian is to release Heaven on earth through the power of prayer and our relationship with God-that when we speak and declare things it is Him and His power being released to bring Heaven’s manifestation!!

Same with the homeless gypsies. Our last day of ministry we went to the abandoned house where many of them live. I walked in that house greeted these precious people that God shed his blood for–thieves, murderers, pimps, addicts, with ‘Godfidence’ that God channeled me through a missionary program to get me to Romania to meet these people, love on them and minister to them. That is not too high and lofty too think, this is real!!! We were born to be a Light to the nations!!!
Honestly, I never thought of coming to Romania before this, but God had a plan, and through prayer a track was laid for me to walk on. Ohhh, the orchestrations of God are amazing!! And His ways are not of this world. And we the church if we claim to know Him are to be His vessels for Him to pour out through us everywhere we go bringing freedom and liberty. Man was left in charge of the earth and we are His voice, His hands and feet in the earth!!
I asked the pastor we’ve been working with if I could pray over the boy I told you who had been cutting himself. He said of course. I ended up praying over them all as a whole, but I grabbed him up so I could be holding his hand and I just declared Truth and the word over them and took authority over Satan and his deception in their lives because that’s what we are supposed to do!! After I was done the girl next to me was crying as well as the boy wiping tears from his eyes. The girl specifically wanted me to pray over her so I laid hands on her, she was one that seemed hard so I was surprised that she wanted me to pray over her. It was powerful and I believe God is able to keep them as the Church continues to intercedes for their deliverance. And when I come back I don’t want to see them there, I want to hear that they got free and did something with their lives.
Romania definitely captured my heart and I felt an instant connection to the people. Like I said in previous blogs, it was similar to my Zimbabwe experience. I will be back! With that being said it was so hard saying goodbye to my hosts. They are so precious with hearts of gold!! Pastors wife squeezed me and said, ohhh Daiva, come back!! You are crazy!!” It was just the way she said it that gripped my heart and I actually had to hold back tears. Which btw if u don’t think that’s a compliment, there are more then one definition to crazy when u look it up, I would say I fit “passionate, excited, extremely enthusiastic.” Of course for Jesus!!

Above are my precious hosts and their family!!
We are heading to Bulgaria to chill for three days and next to Albania where we will do bible studies, children’s ministry, and street evangelism.
You guys are so awesome!!! I have felt you carry me through prayer all along this journey! Thank you for all the financial support and thank you for all the texts, Facetimes, voice messages, and comments of encouragement–it means so much when you are out on the field, in some tight spots, away from your closest and you all are still cheering me on!! Love it!! Love yous!!
