Okay, it’s not my sewing machine, I borrowed it for awhile. BUT, I have a machine, needles, thread, and material and am now making slouch purses to sell as a fundraiser! (Men, messenger bags might be in the future, we’ll see). I made myself one in college and then made them for my sisters one Christmas when I was trying to make all of my gifts and not spend money (I used the material from old pants). They were a hit. So now, I will be making them for you. If you want one.
Pardon the pictures that are sideways…I sew. I don’t do technology well and can’t figure out how to flip them. You wouldn’t think it would be that hard, I know. Just turn your face or your computer sideways. (Then have someone take a picture, it should be pretty amusing….)
I’m trying to think of the most effective way to sell them, but for now, here’s how to order them:
-click the ‘Contact’ tab to the left to email me, or send your order to [email protected]. (or if you’re local, feel free to talk to me in person and check out the selection!) They are made to be reversible, so pick 2 colors or a main color and I’ll pick a pattern for the inside. There are 2 pockets, one on the outside and one on the inside, each big enough for a cell phone or keys. I’ll try to accomodate special requests as much as possible.

-There is a suggested donation of $25. As this is a fundraiser for my trip, feel free to give more if you would like.
-To pay, click on the ‘support me’ tab to the left. Once your donation goes through I’ll send it out. OR you can send me a check in the mail or hand deliver it. Just let me know your preferred method of payment and I’ll keep an eye out for it/give you my current address if you’re mailing it! If you pay through my blog that will go towards my support, if you write a check to me, that will help cover supplies, meds, travel insurance, etc.
