So month four.. REALLY!? MONTH FOUR?! thats just crazy.. hard to believe that this month will be over in 2 weeks and we will be heading to India! Can't believe just how quickly this year is flying by.
We are currently in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia.. with the most amazing contacts ever. They have sat us all down to see where we are in our relationship with God because i believe that while we are here to serve them and bless them they feel that we are here so that they can desciple us and help us to grow more into the men and women God has called us to be! ROCK ON! They have been such a blessing.
I have gotten to spend alot of time with the wife because i've been working alot in one of the restaurants that they own. I am a professional cashier ha.. Sooooo we are living and working at an amazing restaurant.. soo yummy! If you are ever in KL let me know and i can lead you to some rocking restaurants. This has, by far, been the busiest month of the year.. thankful for the weekend we are currently in to have some rest. We have taken a train to some villages where we are giving 7 sermons in 2 1/2 days. YAY! i wrote my own sermon.. its pretty good too i must say! So glad to be able to share the good news of Jesus to some villages that don't have many believers.. some unreached villages. The children are absolutely gorgeous. We will go back to KL on Sunday and then we will continue to work and teach in some bermese refugee schools. Hopefully some of these kids will be heading to the US soon.. with alot of prayer! Half of the team has been painting and doing alot of work at some churches/schools while me and julie have stayed back and worked at a place called redeeming rose that is working to get women off of the streets and getting them jobs and we've also been working in the restaurant.
Hopefully a more extensive blog when i get back to KL (kuala lumpur)
