VALENTINES ROCKED MY SOCKS THIS YEAR!
What an amazing day…
exceptional in every way
(k thats my Vday poem.. ya dig ya dig?!)
Skyped with the moms in pops.. Love them!
Played with preschoolers and first graders.. Obviously awesome
Received some valentines notes from a couple team mates that were so special
Talked to an old friend I haven’t spoken to in forever.. Made me happy
Nap..(need a say more)
Taught English to some eager students.. They now know what “jet lag” means..
And “Duh“.. ha
We gave a Valentines Day Program to over 200 students!!
Started with a HILARIOUS skit in which I was dressed up as a nerd.. I give you permission to laugh out loud.. Believe me everyone else did..
Following we played a game with 40 of the students, girls vs. boys.. They had to pass a round cookie to each other only using the toothpicks in their mouths

Such an awesome experience… explained to them about God’s love being unfailing and how he sacrificed His only son for us.. that’s how much He loved us! And nothing we could do could change that.
SO EXCITING!
Great part is most of them aren’t believers -well that’s not great.. But it was great I was able to share the love of God to them!
What could possibly be next other than a DaNcE PaRtY consisting of Justin Beiber baby baby baby , the cha cha slide, and the macarana!
In one week I’ve given my testimony for the first time at Saturday night youth service, and given my first brief message at the valentines day program! 2 things I never thought I could do YaY JESUS.. Hope some seeds were planted with my words I shared.
After dinner we had “team feedback” and we went around telling everyone what we loved about each other… truly do love my brothers and sisters here.
Only way to finish a day like that? — ICE CREAM!!
