Some of the saddest times for me on the race have been when we have run out of things. I am talking about different times we ran out of food during feedings in the Philipines, or when we had no more dresses to give out in Kenya, or when we had no more candy to give to students. One thing that never runs out though is Gods love. No matter what we do God will still love us. Only we can seperate ourselves from Gods’ love. Now I am not saying that God no longer loves us, that is not the case. What I am saying is that our sins and our selfish actions push God away. We need to instead run to God
This is a picture of a couple of kids running to a feeding in the Philipines. They have their bowls and are ready. They know that something good is coming their way and so they are running to it. Like these kids we need to run towards God. He has something good for us if we are ready. Be ready and run for it. You won’t be disapointed.
Mathew 24:42-43 “Therefore keep watch, because you do not know on what day your Lord will come. But understand this: if the owner of the house had known at what time of night the thief was coming, he would have kept watch and would not have let his house be broken into.”
