We left Kenya last week and arrived at our new destination in Kissigula in Uganda on Tuesday. It is just outside of Kampala which just happens to be the capital of Uganda. Last Saturday we were able to spend a little time with the whole squaed in Jinja Uganda. For all of you that don’t know it is known as the source of the Nile. Until last weekend I had no idea either. Anyway I went rafting. I was a little nervous no make that a little terrified. I had never before been rafting and I don’t particularly care for water it it goes above my head. It didn’t help that we had to sign waivers and while I was signing mine the guide said “Don’t worry it just says that if you die we get all your stuff.” I’m sure he thought it was funny, but it only made me more nervous. I am sitting here typing this so obviously he didn’t get my stuff. The Nile was fun class 3,4,and 5 rapids I can now say I am a pro. Just Kidding. It was intense. I had a blast. I’ll probably never do it again. Love you all and miss you
