I can’t believe that it is almost already April. Time flies by and you don’t even realize it. I have been doing a lot of fundraising for my trip and also getting all of my supplies that I need. I have quite a list of things that I would like to be able to take, but in all reality I don’t think I will really need them. My backpack can only be between 30-40 lbs-and mine right now is at 35.4 praise the Lord. And yes I do have everything in it including my tent even clothing. I am hoping to be able to take my computer, but I will know more about that after training camp–which is May 21-29.
On Sunday I was able to speak at the First Church of God in Scottsbluff Ne. I was able to share about my trip and there were some people who gave me support both financially and spiritually–Then on Monday I spoke to the Rotary club in my town and there were a few people who supported me there as well. I have quite a few people give me a little money and say well I know this isn’t that much—what they don’t realize or understand is that that little bit from quite a few different people really adds up.
