While I was walking to have a quiet time on the beach the other day (nbd) I found this.

It got me thinking about my definition of HOME.

You’re constantly moving from place to place on the race. It’s thought that you don’t have a “home” for a year. But my definition of home has changed so much over the past few months.

When I thought of home before I always thought of the house I grew up in or the home where my parents live now. The physical structure of a home.

But on the race I’ve learned that home isn’t just a physical place where you can settle, it’s found in the community or people you surround yourself with.

Home is where my heart and soul are happy, where I can just “be me” and let down my hair and relax in my own skin.

What’s your definition of home?

I was was listening to a podcast by Chad Veach and he was talking about how we are “made by greatness for greatness” and he ends with this: “I [G0d] will use you if you let me use you, I will build a home through you, stone by stone, day by day, week by week, I will build a home and I will use you to build a church. A church that will look like home and feel like home, that ppl will come in and be themselves, they don’t have to act like something they’re not. IM HOME. IM HERE.”

He can build a home IN US, in our soul, for Him, to show his loving and welcoming heart, a place where you can truly be yourself. #mindblown

theres always more.
