Spending Some Time In The U.S.

I decided to come back to the States for 2-4 weeks to get my health back to normal. Many of you know, but I have been sick with one thing or another for a little over three months. It started with Typhoid, then Gastritis, kidney stones, intestinal infection, etc. The gastritis is the main thing that has been lingering for over 3 months now. Despite my 4th round of medication and numerous visits to the doctors in various countries, it’s not going away. Normally gastritis only takes a few weeks to heal. Considering that it hasn’t improved,  I figured I would get it taken care of in the States and then head back out to ministry in Central America as soon as I can.

I will be heading back to finish the Race, that’s for sure! So, as soon as I figure out what’s going on and get back on track I will be flying back out to be with my squad and team. 

Please pray for a quick recovery and for wisdom for the doctors to figure out what’s really going on with my body.

BTW, I have only been home for one day and I have realized…the World Race continues even in the States! This morning I woke up and went to a Nigerian church with my mom and step-dad! It was amazing! I felt like I was back in Africa and even found myself speaking encouragement to the congregation somehow! Later that evening as I was at the mall getting my laptop fixed (it’s shocking me for the 2nd time…literally, electricity was surging through my body) I found myself ministering and prophesying over a perfect stranger. Talk about divine appointments!
