Being at this amazing Christian camp, Totara Springs, one
may wonder what we have to offer. The staff here are amazing people with
generous hospitality and serve God daily. At times it is hard to reorganize
what we have to offer. So, what have I been doing this week? What has our team
accomplished?
750 yellow chairs cleaned
1 path dug into the embankment on the bush trail
1 cleared bush trail path
3 tractor tires of sand moved
1 trailer heaping full of riverweed removed from the kayak

1 old fence torn down
120 nails pulled out of boards
1 hammer bent (guess I don’t know my own strength)
1 hydro slide and pool cleaned
14 or more new friendships started
These are just the beginnings of how we hope to serve the
staff and campers here at Totara Springs. Please pray with my team for
opportunities to bless them in this wonderful ministry. This week I have been
learning how to receive blessings from those I am trying to bless. Seems easy,
right? It is likely to challenge
my creativity as I seek to uplift and encourage my brothers and sisters in
Christ.
