Ever felt like the Disciples?…. when you need to feed a ton of people and you don't have enough? Well if you haven't, it sucks and it's stressful. This has happened to us multiple times this month and guess what? Nobody went hungry, as a matter of fact we all left the table crazily stuffed. Here's two of my favorite stories from this month regarding this….
First David's birthday. Renee and I were starting to freak out that we wouldn't have enough food for David's birthday party. Thinking well we can eat less so that David and our guests could enjoy. We started to pray Lord multiple our food. Well He did alright! We had LEFTOVERS and everyone was Thanksgiving full if you are picking up what I'm throwing down.
This has happened multiple times now. Just last night we were cooking spaghetti and we looked at the noodles and said this won't be enough for all of us. We prayed Lord you've done it before, please multiple this food. Most of us had SECONDS!
The Lord is so faithful to us! I love how he shows up in our lives in the strangest ways. Showing us just how powerful He is and how much He loves us! We serve an amazing and powerful God who loves us so much that He'll even give us more food. We give the Lord all the glory and all the honor!
