Greetings Family and Friends!
I pray this letter finds you well. I want to share with you the new and exciting things going on in my life. In 2008, I was called into the mission field, and He broke my heart for the unreached people of this world. Since then He has called me to make Disciples for His kingdomboth at home & around the world. For the past year I’ve been seeking what God has planned for me; I spent many months praying and searching for mission organizations to join. When a friend of mine mentioned in casual conversation “The World Race” and how she had a friend currently on it. I did my research on the organization and really liked what I was seeing and hearing, I sought Godly counsel about it and God gave me a very firm, GO!
Let me share with you exactly what I will be doing. I will serve as a missionary through an organization, Adventure in Missions, in their World Race program. The World Race is an 11-month mission trip to 11 different countries around the world. The countries I will be going to are Guatemala, 5Nicaragua, Costa Rica (countries south of Mexico), then traveling to Asia to Thailand, Cambodia, Malaysia and one unknown closer country and then traveling to Africa to Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania and ending the trip in Malawi. My team and I will serve in partnership with churches and ministries in local communities to preach the Gospel, plant churches, work in orphanages, minister to women and children who have been trapped in prostitution as a result of Human Trafficking, and bring the restoration and hope of the Father’s love to many tribes and nations.
You might ask what the goal in this trip is. My answer is to have an impact the world with the love of Jesus Christ. How am I going to impact the world? By making Disciples around the world! I am so grateful for this opportunity that God has given me, and I have total and complete confidence that He will provide my needs to do so! I can’t do this without You! I am writing to ask if you would consider partnering with me through prayer and finances. I must raise about $15,000 to go on The World Race, which covers all of my expenses on the field. This financial support can be given as a one-time gift or as a monthly donation, wherein you choose the amount and beginning and end date. If 25 people pledge $50 a month for 12 months, I would have 100% of the funds needed for my trip. I have enclosed a response card and pre-addressed envelope, inviting you to share in thisministry.
