Ok. Let me walk you through the day we just had.
We were woken up at 8 in the morning and forced to have breakfast.

We were brought sweet milk and bread.
It was delicious.

"What about second breakfast?"
"I don't think he knows about second breakfast, Pip."

Imma let you in on a little secret.
They know about second breakfast.
So at 9:30, we ventured out for our second breakfast.

The we went to run errands.
We tried to get medicine, but couldn't find it.
So we came back to get Shelley's bottle
so that they could look at it and see
if they had anything like it.

Somehow, Aubree, Shelley and I got dragged off
into our ministry contact's mom's house and were forced,
legit forced, to take a nap.
I'm talkin chica comes in, makes us get on the bed,
and makes the sleep gesture in sign language.

Wait what? Were we really just forced to lay down?
Haha they must have thought we were cranky.
Meanwhile the rest of our team is waiting for us
back at the van, wondering where we're at,
while we're sending out an S.O.S call to them
hoping they'll come rescue us.

But they don't.

Haha but it was all made right eventually.
However, apparently we missed the memo that
it was a day for being forced to do things.
Later, Lizi was forced to go watch them do laundry
and force fed ice cream.

What the crap is going on?
That's the question that's in the back of our minds,
and it's also the question that we just
don't bother to ask anymore, because it's likely
that it will change anyway.
It's all part of the adventure.

I'm blown away that I get to live this life.
Thank you, Jesus 🙂
