Hey everyone! Glad to say I’ve survived Month One on the Race! We left our awesome ministry host in Sarlahi on the 29th and stayed a few nights in Kathmandu. We arrived in India early this afternoon for debrief.
It was really hard to leave Sarlahi. It wasn’t until a few days in Thamel in Kathmandu that I started to really miss our village Haripur and our Nepali Uncle and his family. It was an awesome first month. Despite the heat and the crazy living conditions, our team had an amazing month full of awesome ministry and close bonding time and really good food. I’m crazy tired right now from our travel day to India (I woke up at 4 am!) so I’ll leave you guys with a video our teammates made about our living experience in Sarlahi. I’ll try and write more about my month tomorrow. Thank you all so much for everything!
