Hey everyone! Today is my last day in Woodstock! Tonight I leave for Atlanta for Launch, which is kind of ‘Training Camp: part 2’. I’ll have more speaker sessions and more training lessons and spend more time with my team. My parents get to come to sessions with me on Monday evening and Tuesday afternoon and meet my teammates and their parents. And then on Thursday July 3rd I leave for Nepal!
I can’t believe it’s here. I’m still on track with my fundraising,and I can’t thank everyone enough for the generosity and support I have experienced already throughout this process! I still have a deadline of $11,000 by October 1st, but I think it’ll be okay.
Another bookkeeping item I wanted to mention in this blog is how to keep up with me while I’m away! As always, I’ll be posting as many updates as possible through this blog (whenever wifi is available). I’ll also be able to iMessage and FaceTime and Skype (when wifi is available too)!
