I have been blessed by God yet again. Until yesterday my team and I had no idea where we were going to stay in Bulgaria until our next ministry in Greece. We told the pastor, Ivan, of the teen camp, where we were at the time, that we had no place to stay until Greece. He told us ” oh you can stay at my summer house”. Wow! It’s amazing how when you put your trust in God he shows up even at the last minute. All we could say was “thank you”, “thank you” and “thank you”.
The house is a cute little cottage in a village called Peruvmai. Ivan and his wife, Dani, built it them selves all with used material . It is cozy for 7 people but has all the necessities and a beautiful outside cooking and eating area. We will be here until friday which gives us a chance to hang out with the teens from the camp some more. Most of the teens live in Peruvmai only minutes from where we are staying. They are so excited to show us around their town and take us out to explore the country side.Â
On Sunday we are going to their church to help with worship and tell our testimonies. We are looking forward to meeting the teens families and seeing where they live. I believe that to build relationships with people you have to invest in their lives and get to know who they are. It’s those relationships that will build up God’s Kingdom.
Please pray that we continue to build strong relationships with the youth in Bulgaria and that we have a safe travels to Greece on Friday.
