Things I am thankful for after our month in Cape Town, South Africa.

– God- He has provided for us, protected us, healed us, listened to us, given us grace when we don’t      deserve it, been incredibly patient with us and continues to poor out his love on us.

– You! Your support is the reason we are here and so I apologize that we cant tell you it more but we are  constantly humbled, encouraged and able to live this dream because of your love for God and us.

– You, again. We love you and you matter to God and us.

Team Change During month four, 3 new squad leaders are raised up from within the squad to replace the  existing squad leaders who are leaving the field after month 5. So that changes team leaders and therefore  teams get moved around, changed and re assembled into new teams for potentially the rest of the race.  We are Team Change and we consist of Kristin, Tayler Patton, Klarissa Stovall, Karah Park, Katie Stuart,  Parker Mulvain, and myself (team leader).

In summary, we love you deeply and recognize that we are not here on our own ability or might or bank  accounts and we are deeply grateful for YOU. South Africa is beautiful country and you should start saving  now for your next vacation there and God is love and all things good even though my small human mind  doesn’t understand him all the time.
