We just concluded a small road trip leaving our first months ministry host home and on the way i spent the majority of the time in prayer. And this is what it looks like….
Thank you Father for using me this month in Quito. I have found no greater honor than when you choose me to do your work. It is no longer i who lives, but your Son Christ who lives in me. I’m sorry for the days i could have given more,but chose not to. Thank you for your grace and mercy when my old self makes an appearance. Please don’t leave me in those times. My hearts desire is to be yours even though my head gets in the way sometimes. Thank you for Inca Link and the work they are doing to further your kingdom. I pray peace on their house and that your spirit would dwell with them all there days. Goodbyes are hard and i ask you comfort them as we head out to our next destination. I know i will see them again. If not in this life. Then in the next.
Thank you also for the work of equisol. I pray you continue to work there. The kingdom of heaven belongs to the children and these children are attacked for it. I ask protection for them and an understanding that the earthly life they know now does not have to be there future. Be with them father, and be with the next world race team who will visit this place. I ask you give them the courage to continue the conversation with Lou. That she might find you and know the love that you have for her. Remove the blinders that have kept her from you and bring her into the light. I pray also for Eric. That as he searches to do humanitarian work that you would reveal yourself to him that he might understand your power and your love. I pray i will see him again when my time here is done.
Thank you father for speaking to me with such clarity this month. I am willing Father. Please use me for your purposes, and please draw me closer to you. Fill me Father with your spirit and your joy so that the out pouring of my heart would be expressed through my tongue and you would become known. I desire that your will be fulfilled.
I love you Father and will praise you in all things and circumstances. So long as you are guiding me i will never never never quit.
