To everyone who has checked this blog i would like to apologize for the lack of a blog is has been. Truth is i’m not much of a writer, blogger, or journaler. But its time to get to it! So this being the first of many, i will work to get one out at least once a week from now till i return home next year. Weather its good, bad, or ugly… there will be blogs!

Since my last blog i have since met my team at training camp, graduated from paramedic school, passed national registry exams (both cognitive and skills), received my license to be a paramedic in the great state of Texas, received about 80% of the gear i plan on taking, and have become 100% fully funded for The World Race. My final day in the office as a Project Manger for Westmoreland Builders is coming up on the 23rd, and then its time to hang out with the family as much as possible and button up all the loose ends before leaving on January 7th.

I’ve received several questions so far about leaving. What am i taking? Who are you going with? What will you be doing? Is there a breathable atmosphere conducive to life outside the united states? Do you think you will find Carmen Sandiego? All of which i plan to answer on my next blog. But for now, what else would you like to know? leave it in the comments.
