in Zomba, Malawi and has an incredibly huge heart for the Kingdom of
God. He works day and night (literally) to make sure that people know
the love of God in his community. Pastor Gama teams up with other
pastors and missionaries from all over the world to go to the farthest
edges of Malawi to ensure Kingdom growth, to plant and lead churches and
to show villagers how to experience the true love of their Father. He
has been at Euro African Baptist Church for years now but remains as a
working man throughout the community, supporting 15 orphans with his
church body, going door to door daily to visit the people and simply
living life with the people of Zomba and being the face of Jesus day in
and day out. Pray for Pastor Medson Gama and his surrounding community
as it is our desire to tell their story and back them up with
encouragement and songs of love.
month (November 2010) with Pastor Medson, his wife Rose and their family
there in Zomba. I experienced a true man of God not only with a passion
for God’s heart but a zeal to give it freely! He will forever be a
model of what Jesus’ mandate for His children: “Freely you have
received, freely give.” (Matthew 10:8)

Medson & I after church one Sunday in Zpmba.
Kawamba
on his
life to lead the youth choir at Euro African Baptist Church in Zomba.
(Grant is VERY camera shy and had never seen anything like that before.)
He told me, “Many of these children have no father and mother and God
told me to come and lead them spiritually to His heart and singing songs
of praise is one way to do it. …I love to sing and dance for the Lord
and I take it seriously.” Grant was once on the path of destruction
himself until one day God intervened and captured his heart. Now, he is
the choirmaster of the Euro African Baptist Youth Choir and will be
heard as the dominant lead voice on their CD, “I Want to Follow Jesus”.

Wilkes, Grant, Samuel & I just before we left for Mozambique.
We traded gifts and then said our goodbyes. 🙁

your role in this is. Whether it be prayer, giving money or possibly
even going to Zomba for yourself, whatever it looks like, let me know! I
would LOVE to hear how this CD, but more importantly the Kingdom of God
