A Simple Role of
the MAN OF GOD
I want to share
something that
the Lord was teaching me while I was in South Africa one day just
sittin’ out
in the garden area with Him and chillin’.
God started talking to me about how men are
designed and how we
are to bring liberation to women, to
our wives and the people around us. This is the way that He has wired
us.
This is the way we are destined to lead. God has really been teaching me
about
that and how we are supposed to, through our love, bring freedom and
breakthrough
because the way that we love her! It is through our love that we lead.
We are
supposed to make her stronger, we are supposed to not only make them
FEEL
stronger but make them stronger indeed because that’s what a love like
His
(God’s) does to us!!!! Christ’s love brings freedom in spirit and heart
and delivers breaths of LIFE into us. This
is what the life of a man of God is to look like. When things get rough
or we
might not feel like loving, we don’t sit out and take the back seat,
because a love like His presses in and loves even
stronger, building up, encouraging and ensuring victory! He never
runs, he
always embraces us even in our darkest of days and that is how we as men
are
designed to do! That is how He wants us to love them! We
don’t have to do anything super special to lead, it is through
His passion and love that we take initiative and carry out His dreams
for our
families, as we ARE the voice, the
will of the Father being carried out, and this
is His mandate for your life!
Most of the time these days, it is easy for the
words, “spiritual leader� to fall on deaf ears and go in one ear and out
the
other because it has been said time and time again and a lot of people
don’t
know what that looks like (I’m finally learning a little)…. Being the
spiritual
leader is not only a husband actively and righteously pursuing His wife
and
building her up in Christ, but bringing freedom to her through
his pursuit of the Father’s love in it!!!
I want to bring this to the people around me
NOW! I want to bring this to my wife and family one day! I want to love
like
His heart and see Him work through me because that’s all it is anyways….
I want
to make you feel loved and free all the time! These women
surrounding us need to experience and know that they are
covered in prayer with fervency from the Lord at all times! God
wants us to
lead our women and build them up into
who HE says they are, like they never have been before! We
are to speak their identities into them.
We are to pray over them. We are to
encourage them. We are to praise them. We are to love them unrelenting
and THAT
is what brings freedom! I want to love our women of God in such a
way and
watch them step more into His heart. I want to bring freedom and
liberation to
them like Jesus’ love did to people when they even as much as touched
His
garmet! It’s that strong and I want that!!! I want that for you! I want
to see
us men of God love them and see them EXACTLY like Jesus does! I pray
that often….
They are our Queens, Queens of the Kingdom, and deserve to be loved like
it! I
want to stand in the gap for her any day of the year and give her/them
my all,
and thank goodness it’s bigger than that because it’s His ‘all’ IN
ME!!!!
I want to see us men
of God step more into this!
That is what you WERE DESIGNED FOR, MEN OF
GOD!!!
What’s funny is that a few days after God
started speaking to me about this, I got an e-mail from someone speaking
of the
same things and then a few days after that (I still had said NOTHING to
anyone
about it…) our contacts, John and Melody, pulled me aside and started
talking
to me about it!!!! WOAH!!!!! Talk about word of the Lord!!! I LOVE HOW
GOD SPEAKS TO ME!!!!!!!!!!!
