Right now, I am trying to upload a video in this internet cafe in San Juan, Dominican Republic…. It looks like it’s NOT GONNA HAPPEN!!! Maybe tomorrow we can get to the one that is fast before it closes!
…I am preaching on either Friday night or Saturday night in the village of Las Charcas de Garabito near San Juan! Please be praying!
Today was a great first day in the GORGEOUS farming community! It is just under the mountains! We got to go puerta puerta (door to door) and make some new friendships and tomorrow we go back for more!!! The people are VERY excited that we are there! Yesterday we went there and Manuel (our contact pastor) showed us around and of course, I had to make some friends then… well, the men at the dominoes table said immediately, “You all will be here 15 days right!?” They were SO EXCITED! Just before we left today, there were a lot of men across the street, that had been painting a barber shop, taking video of US! Isn’t is supposed to be the other way around? hahaha
No one is allowed to take video or pictures on the first two days of ministry so… that’s why there is none here.
Also, because the time it takes to make the videos AND the trouble of uploading them, they might be a few days behind…. Be patient and enjoy them thoroughly because I AM!!!! 🙂
Tonight, hopefully, I will be interviewing pastor Manuel at his house. He lives near us.
