Cambodia is wrapped up. Squads A & B have moved on but Squads C & D are right on our heals and will not only carry on ministry we started, but they’ll blaze their own trails and do even more than we did.
I spent most of my time with Revolution and 61 working at New Life Fellowship Church. The church is amazing with so many ministries. They have over 1000 students come through their doors everyday to take free English classes. Many of those classes include exposure to the Gospel and all of them include exposure to Christians that love them like crazy.
There’s an active Youth Ministry with a rockin’ service every Saturday evening. NOTE: 70% of the population of Cambodia is under 30!
They have a marvelous Children’s Ministry. They have an active ministry that reaches out and provides sponsors to children in the Provinces and to street children in Phnom Penh. It’s almost endless. What an incredible example of what the body united can accomplish for the Kingdom
Here’s some pictures.
This is the Thursday evening Joy Club meeting for street kids. About 200-300 kids show up and stick around for about 3 hours of fun, games, food and Bible study.

Not really a part of New Life Church but another ministry we worked with on Tuesday nights was this incredible orphan home run by an amazing American couple and their 3 awesome teenage kids.

We worked a little bit at a Preschool and Christian School. Here’s Jimmy reading to the upcoming 4th graders.

I think this was a Joy Club

MK’s (missionary kid) and volunteer laughing it up. This is actually the adopted child of the American Missionary couple.

Street kids at Joy Club. Does it get any more adorable?
