I am sitting in Antigua, Guatemala trying to wrap my brain around the last two months.  As you know my team was in Candelaria, Nicaragua at a mission called New Song.  So many things happened in the last two months that helped me sharpen my faith and bring to a place of complete reverence of the Lord.

I love those kids with such a passion and right now I can’t to get on facebook every day and talk to them.  They are so amazing and the Lord has them in such a place.  We played with them, we prayed with them, we loved them, they loved us.  I just think of their faces and can’t help but smile so much.
I also met adults in the community with such faith.  One woman that we met, Rosa, is an amazing prayer warrior and let us participate with her in that.  Pretty much everyday she would walk around from house to house and just pray for the sick.  I had the opportunity to go with her lots of times.  It was incredible.  To pray so fervently for healing to the Lord who I know listens so intently.  She has seen her daughter brought back to life from death because of prayer and a powerful God.  She has seen bones healed in front of her eyes and has had visions that give her insight into peoples lives to pray for them.  WHAT!?  We served a HUGE God – a powerful God!  I wanna tap into that- how could you not?!  I learned so much about faith from her.  She is amazing and the Lord does amazing things through her.  People call her “Praying Rosa” – what if that was your nickname?  What is it was mine? Crazy – i long for that.
