Some say they've lost their faith in humanity.

Sometimes it's hard to see the good in others.

We watch perverse dance moves on t.v., wars broadcasted live, fires destroying our land and think, "where is the good in this world?"

You ask, "who really cares?". I answer, "My best friend, Meg. She takes the time to put her loving nature into everything she does."

You ask, "who is truly generous anymore?". I answer, "The Kreamer Family. They define this word in every way possible in all they do.

You ask, "where is humility?". I answer, "Jane Wells. A heroic, successful collegiate coach who never fails to thank those around her before looking into the mirror."

…the list could go on and on with names representing peace, munificence, benevolence, etc.

I can, without a doubt, tell you I have seen the hearts of those around me and will answer you with, "right in front of me!"

Saying goodbye to my loved ones over the past three weeks has been such a humbling experience. It has shown me how much love we have for one another and how much of an impact my friends and family have had on me.

Giving them thanks and gratitude doesn't seem like enough. I want to declare their generosity and compassion from a mountaintop…thanking God for gracing me with their presence in my life.

Mi Familia–I love you more than words can say. 11 months without you will be tough but remember to hold each other close, in good times and in bad. Thank you for your never-ending support, love and example of what it means to be a servant.

Mis Amigos–It would be an understatement to say I have the world's greatest friends. I have had the opportunity to live in various places and with each place brings a group of amazing individuals. Thank you for your hours of driving to see me, knowing the way to my heart is through my stomach and for putting up with me all these years.
