Imagine living with the same six people, sharing all of your heart with them. Then, all of the sudden, they’re gone. My team knew my mind and how I related to others and to Christ. I know their story, struggles, and their strengths. I know them in a way even their families do not. Now they’re gone. We did not want to split, but we had no choice. Our leaders have redistributed teams and have raised up other racers to lead the squad. I now have a new team and I have to start over in a sense. My new mates are people from other teams on my squad. I’ve known them from afar and have only done ministry with them a handful of times. Still, these are people I already love and enjoy spending time with. I know them to be solid in their faith, trusting in the foundation of the cross. They will give me a new opportunity to see new things in myself and help me grow more in Christ. Because of them, things I struggle with and am gifted in will be pointed out. New challenges will arise. Though I will miss my original team and I will always consider them family, I am excited about this new season.

Meet my new team!

Natalie Neal aka Sista Nat- Team leader:

I lived and did some ministry with Nat and her team during month 1 in India. She is a completely different person now than when I first met her. Holy Spirit has given her a completely new mind.

Kyle Sudduth:

I’ve known Kyle for over 2 years. He has been a great friend to me the whole time I’ve known him. I hope I’ve been as good to him as he’s been to me. We’ve been in many bible studies together and have done previous missions in the states and overseas. I am blessed to have him with me and experience this Race with with someone who is from home.

Landon Brake:

That’s right, there’s three guys on this team. I’m excited for the new demographic. Landon is a communicator and a man of the Word. He is adventurous and a high extrovert.

Melissa Harkness:

Melissa is strong and has overcome a lot of adversity. It is my prayer that we will help each other and claim healing as we have a few struggles in common. She is a high feeler which helps her to shoulder other’s burdens.

Heidi Streicher:

This girl is solid. She knows who she is in Christ and is driven. Heidi has an incredibly positive disposition and is one of the only so called thinkers on the squad.

Allie Spain:

Allie’s words carry significant power. She choses her words wisely, is discerning, personable, and has a servant’s heart.

I am excited to work with each of my new mates. I believe this new season will be full of laughter, intimacy with Christ, and will ultimately change lives. Thank you for your prayers
