Well you first read the title and were like what?
No its not what you think.
Well just about 2 weeks ago something happened to our team,
What you ask?
Well a few things, one Laura stepped down as team leader, she had been a great leader and felt that it was time for her to focus on something else in a place that she would not affect the team.
Then the next day Ed became a squad leader, thats right Ed is a squad leader. He always said he would never squad lead but he is now.
That means that two of our members are squad leaders. And that also means that at times I will be the only guy on my team. Whenever Ed is traveling to other teams.
Then a few days later Ed announced who was going to be the next leader, and drum roll… Chris…
OMG it’s me. I was going to be a leader, for a team, I started the race at a place that I knew I could not be a leader of a team, then months later still the same then just a few months later I was doing better and felt like I could do it then in Malaysia I lead for about week while Laura was at retreat. So I was in a place that I could do lead again its something that took quite a while. But I was there and then I was it, it kinda scared me but I was in peace about it.
So that’s right both of the Men on the team are leading in some way.
But with that being said there is a new group, I call it the Final Four some call it the fab four but that’s right my team is really only 4 people at times now, And here we are.
