Once upon a time, Cherissa and Christine desired to eat sushi.

After looking at the map and getting directions from the hostel they set out into the streets of Lima, Peru to begin their quest for lunch.

30 minutes later, there was no success in finding the original destination that Cherissa and Christine were seeking so they decided to find the other place that was suggested. Upon discovery of that sushi restaurant was that it was permanently shut down by the city. At this point Cherissa and Christine were very hungry and had a meeting to attend to so they headed back to the hostel.

The desire for sushi was still there so they decided to try again to get sushi for dinner. After the various meetings of the day with a renewed spirit of determination Cherissa and Christine and new companion, Katie, went out in search for another sushi place that was on the map.

Upon walking for about 45 or so minutes with no luck in finding their destination they decided to eat at La Baguette instead.

Not disheartened with the days failure of finding sushi, the next day, Cherissa and Christine set out once more to look for another sushi place that was suggested to have for dinner. As Cherissa and Christine were walking they discovered that they were not sure where they were going, but eventually figured out that they were at least going in the right direction.

After about 45 minutes it was to Cherissa and Christine's excitement and relief to see Magma at the corner.

Upon entering we got menus and then noticed the all you can eat option!

Each regular maki was already 25 soles so if we each ate 3 rolls at least then it would be totally be worth paying 50 soles (~20 USD).

So with that we went ahead and did the all you can eat and we ended up ordering 7 rolls total and each roll was about 10-12 pieces!

It was all delicious and totally worth the journey and wait 🙂 Though I have to say we were sooo stuffed afterwards! The last 4 pieces were hard to eat, but we did it!

Cherissa and Christine were immensely satisfied and had a good walk back to the hostel.

Overall, definitely the happiest of all endings 🙂

The End.
