So if you have been following my blogs you will know that at Launch my first team – AROMA – was disolved and I was moved to team ZEROH. They are an awesome team! I love them all! But now there is a chance that I, and the rest of my team, will be placed into other teams. Why? Because there is a $ deadline coming up at the end of the month and 3 people still need to reach it.

So what can you do? Pray! and Give! If you werre planing on giving to me this month, please give to either Jah-Jah, Jake, or Savannah. They need it more that I do. I have alredy past the next deadline. I only need $815 by the end of June. You can get to thier blogs by either clicking on the pictures at the left of the page or by clicking on thier names in this blog.

Want to know more about my team? Here is a blog that my awesome teammate Karilyn wrote about us:

So here's my team:

Jake is our team leader from Tennessee, with the southern accent to prove it. He loves to randomly have loud outbursts (usually of song, but sometimes they're sneezes in his sleep that can be quite terrifying- so beware if you have a heart condition). This dude's got some crazy stories to tell and has had us all rolling on several occasions. He's a great brother and is convinced he has us all figured out. As a female I like to pretend I am a mystery, but when we began asking him questions about each of us, he easily pegged our attributes… Kinda scary.

Second, we have Carrie, our Canadian treasurer. Coming from a background in interior decorating, Carrie offers a lot of color to our team. She is soft spoken and goofy, but approachable and is very "confident in her awkwardness" as she told us the other night. We love making her repeat words like "about," "house," and one of my favorites is how she says "washroom" instead of bathroom. Haha. She teaches us a lot about Canadia. 🙂 She also has a genuine heart and hardworking spirit as recovered cancer victim a few years ago.

Emily Molloy is one of two of our logistics person for the whole squad and I love how this girl always has a smile on her face. Her and Carrie hold us accountable for healthy eating and exercise. They make me want to be better about what I'm putting into my body. Emily is also my motivating morning workout buddy and has the energy that I WISH I had in the mornings. Further than that though, she's very intentional in ministry and her boldness, drive, and optimism without fear of language barriers is inspirational.

Savannah is our Texan and proud of it! Her sarcasm and humor has caught me off guard and frequently makes me burst out in laughter out if nowhere. We frequently get curious looks for such outbursts and randomness… But no matter! As an elementary school certified teacher she is our go to person for ideas with little kids. However we all find it funny that she's not a touchy person and those of us who are, have made it our goal to break her of this by the end of our time together. Haha… We shall see!

Christine my dear. Christine is my introvert buddy on the team and we enjoy getting away from everyone…together. See, since we can't go anywhere by ourselves for safety reasons, we will go together but know that we want to be "alone." It works quite well! And. This girl can PRAY like nobody's business. She prays with power and authority of our victorious Lord, amen! Haha. Though she's quiet, we also find her to be incredibly competitive with a plenty of banter and smack talk to give- and lots of wise words and funny stories to share when given the opportunity.

Jah-Jah. Jah is our energizer bunny. We've also compared him to the dog from the movie, Up! when the dog says "squirrel!" as Jah-Jah likes shiny things. haha. He is always willing and ready to help with any need, share any of his random knowledge, and use his energy whenever he gets the opportunity. He loved hanging with the street boys because he was one, growing up in Washington DC. His energy keeps us motivated, his optimism relaxes tense situations and his street wisdom shows us how we know nothing about the dangers of the city.

So that's team ZEROH which stands for Zealously Earnestly Relying on Him. We're a motley crew but each day we let our diversity bring us closer and closer to one another and take every opportunity to learn about our most opposite personality traits.

So now let me tell you about Karilyn: She is a woman full of wisdom and power. She has an awesome and clear connection with God and is always teaching us things. She is my introvert buddy which is great for me being on a team of extraverts. Karilyn is someone who can calm situations down and keep us on track for the job at hand. She is fun to hang around and joke with. She loves puns and laughs at them when we may have missed them. She helpes us see the houmor in things we would have looked over.

So in a nutshell that is my team! They are awesome and I want to contune this race with each and every one of them! Please consider giveing to those who still need to meet the deadline! I don't want to go though another team change! I don't know how i could do the race without them!

So it's up to you – Team chages or NO team changes? If you know someone can give send this blog thier way! Thank you so much for your contiuned support and prayers!
