So clear
So fearless
I hold you
Is it foreign?
How long has it been?
Since you felt notices,
Focused on?
You deserve it you know
Someone to love you,
Where is she?
Your mother.
Do you know her?
Do you look like her?
Did she flee?
Or did she die?
It wouldn't surprise me.
So many pass,
So young.
Just because it's not surprising doesn't mean it isn't heartbreaking.
I wish I could give you life.
Teach you waht real love is
Exciting, colorful, true love
It exists.
It fills you up
Makes you bounce with life
Gives you foundation,
Purpose for being.
But I can't take you with me.
I have to leave you here
It's hard and it hurts
Walking away from you,
Leaving you.
But you're not alone.
You have Him.
And He will love you well.
I know from experience.
I am living proof of His love.
But you have to let Him.
You will radiate
A beautiful ballerina
My sweet girl
Once you absorb it
Your worries will shrink
Clothes, food, shelter
None of it will matter.
And before you know it
You will be clothed,
Eating,
Sleeping soundly.
Safe.
Protected.
If you let Him love you
You will never lose your radiance
forever beautiful and alive.
He brings hope
Joy
Breath.
God's love is the answer to life.
Life to the full (John 10:10).
"If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a fiath that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing." -1 Corinthians 13:1-3
