Many of you have heard about the Syrian refugee crisis. You may have seen photos of a the little 4 year old boy who washed up on the beaches of Greece just a few short months ago. You may have heard that Syrian refugees are being packed into small rafts to make the journey from Turkey to Lesvos, Greece and often times are not making it across alive.

But I am willing to bet that NONE of us really know what it is like to leave everything we know and love about our homes behind and RISK our lives and our children’s lives to SAVE them. They only own what they can carry and have ZERO guarantee of anything apart from what they see in front of them. Have you ever lived like that?

I know I haven’t.

But what I do know is that I am supposed to go and love those people. The people who have no HOPE for tomorrow. The people who have no comforts in the world. The people who have no place to call their home. I am GOING.

God told me at Project Searchlight (after the race debrief) that I am supposed to go to Lesvos, Greece with Adventures in Missions in less than 3 weeks! He also told me that I will be like a “fresh spring to weary travelers” and “be a fisher of men” and that I am supposed to take another “big step of faith.”

My big faith step is in allowing God to send me to Greece in such a short amount of time. I had over a year to support raise for the Race. I only have 2.5 weeks to support raise for this trip! It’s crazy, but our God is a big God! And I am very excited to see Him move!!

Who’s with me?!?

I need to raise $2,630 before February 4th!!

Please click HERE to DONATE NOW!!!!

I also need to raise support separately for my flight! Send me a direct message through the contact link if you are interested!
